FRIES & FRIED APPETIZERS ARE BEST RE-HEATED IN A HOT AIR FRYER IF YOU OWN ONE. iF NOT, BAKE OR BROIL IN THE OVEN TO MAKE CRISPY. iF THE FRIES HAVE CHEESE ON THEM, BEST TO BAKE IN THE METAL CONTAINER THEY COME IN.
SHELLED SEAFOOD
CRAB, LOBSTER, SHRIMP, CLAMS & MUSSELS ARE BEST RE-HEATED IN THE METAL CONTAINERS THEY COME IN. SIMPLY ADD A LITTLE WATER IN THE TRAY AND STEAM UP IN THE OVEN WITH LID ON OR COVERED WITH FOIL. YOU CAN DO THE SAME PROCEDURE IN A POT ON YOUR STOVE TOP. STOVE TOP IS RECOMMENDED FOR PASTA DISHES WITH SAUCE OR SOUPS, AS MICROWAVING CAN BREAK SAUCE DOWN.
