OUR WINGS ARE BEST RE-HEATED IN THE OVEN, BAKED OR BROILED. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE MICROWAVE AS THIS WILL MAKE THEM RUBBERY AND BREAK DOWN MANY OF OUR SAUCES.
FRIES & FRIED APPETIZERS
FRIES & FRIED APPETIZERS ARE BEST RE-HEATED IN A HOT AIR FRYER, IF YOU OWN ONE. IF NOT, BAKE OR BROIL IN THE OVEN TO MAKE CRISPY. IF THE FRIES HAVE CHEESE ON THEM, BEST TO BAKE IN THE METAL CONTAINER THEY COME IN.
SHELLED SEAFOOD
CRAB, LOBSTER, SHRIMP, CLAMS & MUSSELS ARE BEST RE-HEATED IN THE METAL CONTAINER THEY COME IN. SIMPLY ADD A LITTLE WATER IN THE TRAY AND STEAM IN THE OVEN WITH LID OR COVERED WITH FOIL. YOU CAN DO THE SAME PROCEDURE IN A POT ON YOUR STOVE TOP. STOVE TOP IS RECOMMENDED FOR PASTA DISHES OR SOUPS AS MICROWAVING CAN BREAK SAUCES DOWN.
